"We are our thoughts"
Your spiritual journey is unique and your changes should reflect that uniqueness. All changes aren't easy and the most profound ones are born out of pain. Life throws us for loops because of our physical interpretations of how life should flow. Sometimes that leaves us blinded to the fact that we are souls living a physical experience. We are beaming lights of loving energy and our energy affects and intertwines with other energy. In fact, everything in and of the universe is made of energy.
That is why it is important to be consciously aware of the energy you bring into your personal sphere. Your thoughts operate at a frequency and you invite those thoughts into your life through physical experiences. You will attract those experiences that will reflect those thoughts. If you are living in fear then you will only see things that will reflect your fear. Now, if you choose to operate from an area of light and love then you will attract experiences that reflect your authenticity. We can't escape "negative situations" if you choose to see life through a faulty lens. We can however, respond to "growth curves" as I like to call it with a higher awareness.
It is good to pay attention to detail, but not all detail is important. Sometimes you have to take a huge step UP and see the bigger picture. It will remind you of why you are on your path. Fortifying your reasons with loving thoughts of encouragement. It will come times in life where your ego will try to gain control of the situation, but you have to learn to walk with faith and not sight. You will still get to your destination and it will be easier.
We all want things in life and we all tend to want them now. Our brains are use to working a certain way and it is quite normal to respond to situations of change with old belief systems. After all, it is from previous experience that you arrived at your conclusions at the time. It is when you really start to do the inner work to change your outdated belief systems that you start to think differently. Meditation really helps to get an understanding as to when you are thinking with new thoughts or old ones. The old belief systems are so attached to the ego that they aren't going to give up easy, but you have to still do the work to see the change.
Challenge those old belief systems with affirmations. I have affirmations on my computer and cellphone so that whenever those old thought patterns come up, I can remind myself of the changes I am making. I can see where fear or resistance is cropping up. I then, can channel those thoughts into ones that reflect my soul and soul's purpose. You can't run from yourself and when your soul is ready for a change then it will make itself known. It is much more conducive to put loving thoughts into the world so that you can attract that energy back to you.
My energy is now more sensitive and I feel uneasy around people who argue. I look to their arguments for growth. I think of ways they can better communicate and incorporate those changes in my life. My communication with others have been smoother. I think about what I want to say and I listen to others. As you change your thoughts, you change your life. Your mission changes and you gravitate towards the unknown with love. Remember that you aren't alone on your journey and if you think something to be hard then you will get the struggle. On the other hand, if you think of something to be of growth then you will come out a brighter beaming soul. Love and light to you all.
